Tutti Frutti — Local services in Nassau Bay

Me and my 3 year old daughter was walking in to the store we notice a man outside relaxing on the phone as we go in it was one customer eating and she needed to potty so we used the restroom first. When we came out the store was empty so we proceeded to look around at the toppings and flavors the desk was pretty messy and had a open laptop on it. About 6 minutes passed and we still having seen anybody so me and my daughter yelled hello through the hall to see if we could get some assistance. No one replied as my daughter was upset and proceeded to wine as we was walking out the guy who was relaxing on the phone said hey did y’all need something??? Or you serious we was in there for about 12 min (included the restroom break) he knew we walked in but he was having a good conversation. There is a sign that says under new management?? I hope he wasn’t the manager by far the worse experience very unprofessional no uniformed employees not even a greeting just him outside on the phone don’t know if this is franchised or corporate but there is no excuse to neglect a customer especially when you come in with a child ready to eat desert. My daughter and I decided to treat ourselves to Tutti Frutti last week at a different location. It was great! Fast forward to this week. We had time between doctor appointments and decided to treat ourselves to pass the time before our next appointment at this location. There were no other customers inside. We purchased the same sizes that we did at the other location. Our total was over $25!!!!!!!! That is over $12 more at this location. Horrified. It seems she was also trying to get rid of us as we were finishing our frozen yogurt. There was a television playing cartoons. The lady kept disappearing to the back and the sound on the TV kept going up. It was absurd. We left...never to return again!!!! (This location is also the only location we have been to that keeps the yogurt cups behind the counter....

Let me just start by saying I have NEVER wrote a good review always just bad.. but the lady that works there is absolutely amazing she’s an older lady (Hispanic) I always assumed she was owner because of how she truly loves what she does and how much she cares I asked her she told me no she was just a worker but let me tell you that lady is absolutely amazing I go in with my 2 young children she’s so sweet always smiling when I go too pay she puts out the spoons and even takes the yogurt too the table for my kids this lady doesn’t even know my name but has a special place in my heart I adore her and I love how she loves her job she’s just a bright light to anyone’s day I hope this will get too the owners because she’s an amazing asset To this...
