We spent 3+ hours planning to purchase 2 iPhone 16Pro phones and a new iPad. They only had one iPhone in stock and no iPad, and the iPhone turned out to be defective, so we left with nothing. In addition, they had overcharged us for the tax and said they couldnt fix it without checking with a supervisor the next day.
