AT&T Store — Local services in Natchez

We spent 3+ hours planning to purchase 2 iPhone 16Pro phones and a new iPad. They only had one iPhone in stock and no iPad, and the iPhone turned out to be defective, so we left with nothing. In addition, they had overcharged us for the tax and said they couldnt fix it without checking with a supervisor the next day. The sales rep was very kind but was not knowledgeable about the plans, the trade-in values, and other things. We called AT&T directly to get things straightened out and to order our devices - and was given a Veterans discount that was not offered...

I came in needed help with my phone and the ladies in this store were very nice and they really helped me find everything I needed which I had a SE they got me a new phone and my bill was just what the said it would be. I’m really upset I had to even give this 1 star. Listen, please do yourself a favor and go across the bridge to the Vidalia location. This store is TERRIBLE. The assistant manager, Nikki, had a customer service representative from the loyalty dept. on the phone literally naming off ways she could help me (the customer) and instead of helping me she literally LIED about the entire situation.
