La-Z-Boy Natick — Local services in Natick

Ordered a very expensive leather sectional in January. Went to the store in person and then handled the paperwork via email. Initial quote had the wrong model listed. Sales rep did not notice but I was able to catch the error and correct it. Placed the order after receiving an updated quote and then waited 3.5 months for delivery. Upon delivery the sectional showed up in the wrong color leather (due to a data entry error on their end - no idea why the quote info doesn't automatically carry thru to the actual order to avoid transcription errors). Called the store day of delivery, left a message, called again, finally got a real person who could not help me. Was told a manager would call me back. Took several days to get a return call. Communication was terrible. Full of excuses & blame. One person told me they had reordered and expedited the new order. Another person told me it was not reordered and there is no such thing as a rush order. Never returned my calls when they said they would. This was 100% an error on their end due to failure to double check what they entered and never sending me updated order paperwork. New order finally showed up nearly SIX months after original order was placed. Will never buy from this store again due to horrible communication and lack of customer service. Buyer beware! If you do order from them make sure to triple check every piece of paperwork because they certainly are...

We had a great experience at Lazy Boy in Natick. Maria Claudia was very helpful and patient with us while we decided on the fabric for the sofa we selected. The showroom was beautifully set-up and the fabric swatches were easily accessible in a well-lit area.

The only problem we had was trying to contact the showroom by phone . After many attempts and leaving messages, we never received a return call to see if they were open. (Due to Covid, we thought maybe the store had closed) So after calling we drove to the Plymouth showroom to make a selection of two chairs. Very inconvenient as the distance was over an hour’s drive. When it came time to purchase a sofa, again we tried calling Natick and again no answer or return call. I decided to take a ride to Natick and discovered there WERE in fact open.

Anyway, we purchased a sofa while there. On the way home I thought of a question I had forgotten to ask regarding the type of foam used in the sofa, so I gave them a call. Again, no answer and no return call. There were 3 salespeople and no other customers in the store when we left. Extremely frustrating!

I must tell you though, the quality of your products are outstanding! We have a sofa and chair we purchased over 30 years ago from Lazy boy and after many children jumping and “living” on them, they have held up great...I just got tired of the fabrics and decided to make...

Entering the Natick store was a great experience. We sat on every recliner available, and there are so many to choose from. The sales agent was helpful in answering all our questions, and we spent about 3 to 4 hours there. It was busy that day, but she still made us feel like we were welcome to laze about in order to make the right decision. I had fractured a shoulder and found that I could not sleep lying down at night, so I was looking for a recliner that not only fit my decor, but was comfortable enough to sleep on. I am so very happy with my choice! You may be able to get recliners elsewhere for just a few hundred, but you will be done with it within a few years. We knew from the start what to expect from LaZBoy because we've owned one for 24 years, and although it's now showing some age, the quality behind LaZBoy is above and beyond anything you will get elsewhere. I was prepared to pay a budgeted amount of money upon arrival, and our end choice fit right for our budget. I waited to post my review... and now that I've used our new recliner for several weeks (delivered on time and set up with respectful agents), I know we made the perfect choice.
