I walked in fully intending to have my iPhone 6plus repaired. I had called earlier today and requested a price of the LCD assembly replacement because I didn't want just the cracked glass replaced. I was quoted $140.00. While there, Sam asked me what kind of phone I had. I told him it was a iPhone 6 plus but wasn't sure if it was a "S" Sam said "I can find out quickly for you" and took my phone. Well, this is when I started loosing all confidence in Sam's knowledge & expertise. He first opened my Google Docs app and started opening files. Then he opened my Gmail app. I asked him "why are you opening apps that do not have the info you are looking for?" He said nothing. He then found the settings app and was sifting through it. Still without finding the info he said he could find quickly. I asked for my phone back and asked him the price of having the LCD replaced. He then said $85.00. I repeated to him that I didn't want just the glass replaced but the LCD assembly. He said $85.00...That was enough for me. I left without him getting my business. First impressions mean everything to me regardless of price. He doesn't know what he is doing and his store is dirty and unkept. Consumers...

I called around a few shops nearby and many had asking prices double what I had paid at ACCESSORIZE IT. This store also had the part for my phone (while all the others I had called would have to order the part first). I was greeted by a gentleman who provided informative answers to my questions and made the entire transaction a breeze. I dropped my phone off and when I had returned in less than an hour, it was ready for pick up. Although I hope to never again damage my phone, I feel great knowing that this wonderful shop is nearby to provide exceptional customer service to its customers. Thanks,...
   Read moreOk - I came in with a rare metal luxury phone after consulting with Jessica. I was rejected at TNT Wireless so this was my next bet (they flat out said "No" and hung up on me. However, Jessica was able to confirm that they could try fixing my phone. She was patient and understanding.
I went to the store and handed the phone to Moe, who serviced it (battery replacement). He did his best and I applaud him for trying to fix a rare phone, unlike his competitor who flat out refused in 10 seconds.
I might come back to switch to Metro - I was not aware of the free Amazon Prime benefit. I am currently with another provider but I might port soon after talking...
