Raspados Michoacan — Local services in National City

The raspados are delicious but the elder lady is so rude... I've came here multiple times and they fill it all the way to the top. She charged us a dollar extra but we didn't mind (aside from that...also seen many customers having to leave and come back because they're only cash only). Her customer service is horrible though, the tv was on in the back and it seemed like she didn't want to serve us and would prefer to watch the novela in the back. We asked for more syrup and she served an extremely small amount of syrup and I asked for even more saying that it's nothing but ice and she tells me "it's all in the bottom" but with an attitude, anyways, I left and had the raspado and when I got to the bottom it was dry, nothing but ice. Terrible service...

By far the BEST Raspados I've ever had! They have a bunch of different handmade syrups + most of the fruit ones have fresh chunks of fruit in them! The strawberry 🍓 mixed with mango 🥭 🤤 & the tamarindo raspado are two of my faves. Sometimes I'll go for vanilla or limón but they are ALL delicious! They also have a lot of different options for snacks/food. Fruit salad, nachos, tostilocos, tortas, and some weekends they do tamales, champurado, birria, menudo, and it is always AMAZING! You can also call and place orders for tamales and the owner gets the orders done so quick. Even when I placed a last minute order for Christmas😁 If I could rate it 10 stars I would.
