I’ve been to a number of Vape Shops throughout the country. I’m by no means an expert and can only comment on my experience.

I’ve been to this store multiple times and is my go to shop after moving to this area. That said, I’ve had the opportunity to watch customer interactions of others. Personally and viewing other interactions, it’s always been positive.

Compared to the country it’s a small shop, but for the Vox Falley area it’s pretty much averaged size. Whether it’s your first time in a shop or someone who’s very knowledgeable you’ll be treated respectfully. For the size of the shop it has a well rounded selection of devices, juices, and other head shop items. If you’re visiting from outside the area and looking for something specific definitely call prior to going as to save yourself the trip. If you’re not looking for something specific it’s worth stopping in. On the opposite side, if you’re local definitely give it a visit as they will most likely have the pod, coil, juice, etc you’re looking for.

The reason they got a 5 star instead of a 4 is because of two things that many other shops do and this one doesn’t. The staff will provide an honest answer and/or opinion (even if the answer is “I don’t know”). The staff won’t make you feel uncomfortable. Meaning you won’t feel pressured to buy something and they won’t push product at you. If you ask for their opinion they will give it to you. Otherwise, it’s...

I was in a pinch. Needed coils and vape, smoked my last coil to where the black stuff took multiple q-tips and then some. I've gone to Riverside Vape before in the past. Never had a bad experience. That was before the Rona. Not reviewing to debate sanitary practices..we all are doing what we can to get through these days. There was a large bottle of hand sanitizer at the end of the counter where the candy use to be. It was near empty. I can imagine it is tough going and with alot to think about with reopening. I'm not one to judge fo sho..my own wipes in the truck are dwindiling down and dried out! The young man with a reddish beard was super friendly and helpful. Don't know the owners name, but I am assuming he was there too. He made suggestions and made sure I avoided a lime flavor that had a hint of mint. He sure knows his stuff and his demographic. A group of 20 somethings walked in and he was right there front and center to help. I don't know why it makes a difference. As a customer, it would be nice to get the same attention. Side note..the muzak was turned on right away. Even though I'm nearing 50, I too like alternative! Overall, I wish them lots of luck with owning a small buisiness right now and finding ways to keep new people coming in and thier exsisting customers coming back. Never been treated so ignorant at a vape shop.

Walked in the door, no one is even around. I walked to the back and was looking at the selection when a guy comes from the back saying “that’s completely unreasonable, we have a book with our selection” I told him I didn’t know, I was trying to read the selection.

I then turn to the book to see the selection as presented. I pointed out a flavor and asked him to show me the box… to which he responded with another ignorant remark: “it says the flavor that’s pretty descriptive right there”… I kept my cool and explained that geekbar has always had flavors characterized by the packaging for years… to which a third ignorant remark was made: “They haven’t been around that that long to matter or be a thing”

I simply told him I’m not dealing with his attitude, I’ll spend my money elsewhere and to go F himself.

I would go elsewhere, there’s plenty of businesses hurting for sales that actually greet their customers and show them respect.
