Have had some mixed experiences here. A package being lost and told it never arrived at this store (it actually did) and then working with the 1-800 number they gave me to call. Did so, and they told me it was at the store. Went back to store and was told they didn't have it by one of the staff members. They told me to call again, and did just that. A side note: staff at the Oshkosh UPS portal were very helpful in telling me that it was at the store.
Went back to store and got it (this was a day or so apart) only to hear it was at the store the entire time. I'm telling you I was ready to pop. Not ever overly friendly at any time at the UPS store during all this. I understand staff shortages last summer but doesn't warrant the standoff-ish service. Deserves a lower rating but the more I thought about it, I ended up getting my package in the end....not damaged so I can deal with the inconvenience, I suppose.
Fast forward to today. My wife called to ask about needing a return slip or if email on phone would do. Not overly friendly here either. I mean, sheesh! Hate to be the keyboard warrior, but apparently some things do change. Read all reviews for this store. There are other stores out there too- just remember that.
Now I suppose here is where the store manager will respond to say how staff followed their protocol and did everything right. Nothing was an error on their part at all, and no apologies are sent one way or the other. Enter response in 3....2.....1......
I would love to discuss, as today's events reaggravated my frustrations with this store from about a...
Read moreI have never been treated so poorly by a person in customer service in my life. An employee name Mae screamed at me “do you want to ship it or not?!?!”
I simply asked very calmly about why it would be 16 cents to print a completely black inked page and $2.10 to print a shipping label from or not from their company. That’s price gouging a service that people have to use especially during these uncertain times I have a right to respectfully ask questions about where my money is going. I went out of my way. Printed my shipping label where someone can afford to print them. The new woman would not accept the label I printed so she offered to print a replacement one. The previous lady came back when we were almost finished and started saying horribly degrading things to me about how I was causing such an issue that they would charge me a second charge for a label I already had regardless of what the second lady told me. First of all asking a question respectfully about why there is such a price difference is not out of line. It’s a simple question that should not have been held with such hostile behavior. Mae is a horrible person to have working as the face of the ups store. I am in sales and we would never allow someone who treats customers that way to represent...
Read moreI've been using this location for years, but after my last Amazon return and the disrespectfulness and attitude i received from the employee, here was unprofessional and rude and self righteous behavior. I packed up the return but og boxes were not very stable so i put both in another box but left the top open in case this return needed the product bar code scanned. I've had that happen. But he said no then was like I can wrap that for $2 he says, i ask for a piece of tape as I pull out the $2 dollars and ask how much for a roll but gives a condesending reply for a case of tape and quotes $123.00 or close to it and he proceeds to throw his version of temper tantrum by excusing his attiude with "I'm a small business". I've never been asked to pay for a strip a tape before, hence my question, but the sheer unprofessionalism of his attitude was disgraceful flailing his arms around as I'm trying to hand him the $2 in cash which i had to shake in his face to get him to grab it because if his antics. Do people really have to wonder why our country is...
