The store sold me a sick fish, so I called the next morning to inform the store it was sick. I was offered a replacement but I said I wanted to try to save my fish 1st. I asked if if I couldn't save it and it died, if I could get a replacement. The employee said that I could. I can prove the date of sale, and a screenshot of my calling the next day. Regardless of what I tried Finlei was sick and died last night. I called the store and a young lady 1st tried to refuse giving me a replacement and kept asking over and over the purchase date. I apologize, that I didn't remember exact dates, but I have them, along with other info. about the sale. The employee was told about my conversation with another employee previously promising me another fish if mine died. She came back and said that they will replace my fish "THIS TIME!" What? Is that how they treat their customers? Also, how many sick fish do they not replace??? Unreal! This store always has new stuff, you would be surprised because the size of the store but they also have sales and seasonal pet toys. My lab puppy is 6 months old. We brought her to a few places for nail trimmings, safe to say we were still on the hunt for a place until we came here. They did an excellent job and Stella absolutely loved it. Worth driving an extra ten minutes for groomers that take their time with your pet, have sharp enough tools to make a clean cut, while giving great customer service. Read moreCustomer service needs serious training! Stopped in for the first time this week. Hoping to contribute to businesses in our local area and this store was far from meeting my expectations. No one greeted me. The girl's were more interested in having their own personal conversations amongst themselves. I was so irritated, I loudly said to my husband "well since no one in this store cares to help guest's, we shall just leave. They care more about talking about their personal life" and that's what we did.....we left. Wish my employer paid me to stand around to talk about my parties coming up, my nails, my hair and drinking life.
