ALDI — Local services in Neenah

I love shopping here for great deals and no need to traverse a huge grocery store. City ordinance doesn't allow for alcohol sales but they have tons of other options. Decent produce department usually with sales. Fresh selection available every time I visit. Bread and other similar bakery products available, but no fresh donuts/muffins/buns/bread. Meat section is nice sized for a small store with plenty of options, usually cheaper that most grocery stores. I love that they carry 93% lean beef at a reasonable price.

Frozen section is well stocked. TV dinners, meats, meals and ice cream available. Milk and eggs, as well as other similar items. Eggs are cheaper even than Kwik Trip! Dry goods, sweets, salty snacks. Some non food products, similar to walmart. Baby items as well as hygiene...

I’ve always understood that Aldi values efficiency, but Friday May 2nd the service I experience at the Neenah location crossed the line into unacceptable behavior. The cashier, Tina, was extremely rude throughout checkout—sighing, visibly irritated, and aggressively tossing our groceries into the cart simply because we didn’t place them on the belt the way she preferred.

Everyone has tough days, but basic kindness and respect should still be part of customer service. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first negative experience we’ve had at this location, but it was by far the worst.

When I first entered the store, the floor of the store was filthy.For lack of better words, the prices were astronomical.The produce was well some of it was rotten. Shelves were not properly stocked. The staff was extremely unfriendly and one of the staff members proceeded to follow. Myself and other members in my party around the store. Watching our every move as if we were doing something wrong when we were just merely trying to purchase some items. The check out personnel was extremely road and very, very unprofessi. Will never, ever shop there again....
