Overall US cellular has been good for the last 25+ years. However, I’m not rating US Cellular as a company, I’m Rating this location. Last week my mom went to get a new phone on their deal of “S25+ on us” they give her an S24+. Granted I’m the account holder, but I have my mother as an authorized user. We go in this morning (3/15/25) to have this corrected. The person at the desk, who also made this mistake, claimed brain fog due to medication and couldn’t remember the conversation. Frankly, I don’t care about your medical issues. I wanted the issue resolved for giving us the wrong phone. She calls “her boss” to get help. Since it was his day off he wouldn’t help. Again, frankly, I do not care if it is his day off or mine. This location is not what it used to be and trying to get anything handled on a weekend is pointless. Read moreTatiana was very helpful. I have been having trouble with my phone since November, we have called US cellular tech-support and we finally made it back to the store here in Neosho. My phone was glitching and bouncing from tower to tower and it kept saying it needs a Sim card. I have a 16 Pro Max. There is no Sim card So she did everything in her power she changed setting she turned the phone off She did all kinds of support then we had to call US cellular tech support and I think they did something behind the scenes and yes, it did work Jeremy her coworker also came over and helped her. Read moreI have now realized that they gave me the wrong phone for there promotion so I went back and told them that the s25 plus is what I wanted because that is what their promotion was and then they gave me a s24 plus. So jet again I went back with my son and they said they didn't know what more they could do basically. Me and my son has been with us cellular for over 20 years and this is the way we was treated.. they was just getting rid of old phone stock to me because I'm not smart on phones so let's just screw the old lady,, they also acted like they didn't remember me and the conversation that we had.. so beware of neosho us cellular.. they will put the shaft to you..I guess the promotions they have means...
