The associates here are very rude. They always have an attitude like they hate their job. No one has a cheerful face no smiles nothing. Everything is over priced and priced wrong. And then when you point it out that it was marked as a different price they ignore you. I was over charged on feed so many times. Example: One day I went in to buy chicken feed, I pointed out to the cashier after she told me my total that the feed was a lower price then what it scanned and then shed just repeat herself and called me ma'am. Well the staff was nice, polite and helpful. But I did have a hiccup trying to get a propane tank switch a bit ago. Nobody knew how to charge me for the tank exchange. After 15mins or so waiting they found the book with the paper they needed to scan. I thought it would be in the system or out in the open, but it all worked out. I was lucky to get the last full tank as they didn't have a fresh stock at that time. Definitely one of the cheaper Rhino propane exchange prices. 3/14/23 i believe it was , Went to get some stuff for my goats, there was a blonde and brunette at the registers, both super rude and uneducated, I also asked for hay and what kind they had again didn't know said uh grass... so I bought 10 bales get out to the semi trailer there was a leak 90% of the hay was moldy,and the hay was course and trash. the guy helping us was professional and friendly and dug to find the better hay, but I guess he was taking to long the blonde came out trying to throw me garbage hay, I said I'm not taking moldy hay that's disgusting, and she threw a fit busted open 2 bales cause she had an attitude... so rude...
