Best gym I’ve ever been a member of!! My first impression when I walked through the door was “wow this place is CLEAN, organized and smells good for a gym!” Sarah greeted us and gave us a tour. I had just had a baby and had been out of the gym for several years at this point so I was super nervous. Just the thought of walking in the door gave me anxiety. Well as soon as I learned that Sarah was the HIIT instructor I decided I was going to start joining the class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself! After a couple weeks of coming to the HIIT class I started to get into a routine and gained enough confidence to venture out and start learning (and relearning) different exercises and ways to workout. All of this to say, if you’re a newbie and you’re anxious to do something but don’t know where to start, the group workouts were a HUGE stepping stone to bettering myself. I messaged the gym privately to inquire about the downtime of an elliptical and received very confrontational messages from a staff member for having left a three star review on Google. I’m updating the content of the review because the gym has made improvements since opening, but am leaving the rating at 3 stars based on the berating and unprofessional messages sent to me. The gym is open 24 hours. They have everything you would expect a gym to have (free weights, machines, cardio, tanning beds, group classes). Price is competitive for the area. Worst place ever they over charged my card three times in a row overdrafting my account and took several days to fix everytime I go in it's disgusting and they charge $30 a person for cleaning fee but never clean the place they over charged me over $100 total every single month they charged me double and then they charged me double on the cleaning fee and was very rude and took very long to get me my money back and did nothing about the overdraft fee so I had to pay an extra $50 and overdraft fees because they kept charging my account without my permission I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never...
