I went in to avoid drive thru and waited about 4 mins for someone to take my order after an employee was coming in for their shift stating that someone would be right with me. Then the girl that took my order said they just made the fries fresh so they should be good. Then I watch 11 cars go through the drive thru and another patron came in and ordered and was handed his food before mine. At this point it had been 15 minutes before someone walked back to the counter and asked if I had been helped. Then I started yes and I ordered 15 minutes ago. She asked what I ordered and I told her and then I asked if the bag behind the shelves was my order and she said yes. It has been sitting there for about 8 minutes. Now my food is cold and the cheese is hard. I had to get back to work since I went to a "fast food" restaurant I didn't think I would be gone for 20 minutes. Read moreThis is the third time I’ve come here in the last couple month and had items left out of my order. On my receipt, paid for, but not in the bag. I went through the drive thru and waiting 25 minutes in the first place. I had to drive back to get my paid for food! While I was waiting on my food to be remade another customer came in with the same issue! Employees need to slow down and double check because this is unacceptable. It takes less than a minute to check that all items have been added to the bag. You would have far less upset customers if employees did this.
Took forever to fix the issue too. Why wouldn’t you make the food of the people who are mad and waiting for you to fix the issue first?? Two potato tacos should not take 20 minutes!

Read moreNormally I like the Mexican inspired food at this fine establishment. BUT....last week I ordered 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos without the cheesy sauce. The build quality was not the issue, the burritos turned out fine. Here comes the sad part; when I asked for 8 hot sauce packets I was told that they are only lowing customers to have one packet per item. I was told that customers are enjoying too many of these delicious packets. I was then told, by who I believe was a manager, that Taco Bell has lost 2.5 million dollars in revenue due to the over usage of the hot sauce. Confused and frustrated I offered to purchase 4 additional packets. I was told no. At this point the drive through was becoming congested and out of concern for the other patrons I returned the 4 burritos.
