After switching carriers from straight talk to Verizon, I was out of service for 2 whole weeks because I was getting nothing but a run around from straight talk and even being hung up on for two whole weeks. I finally called Verizon customer service and can honestly say that they didn't beat around the bush not one single time. They literally did what all the other people took 2 weeks to do, in just a couple hours. That's awesome to me and I wanna give a special shout out to Jay especially, he hooked me up there in neosho with great customer service And had my phone going with no issues whatsoever. Plus you get your money's worth in the amount of internet you pay for, not 45 dollars a month unlimited and it run out after so much. If it's an unlimited plan, it's actually unlimited lol. Read moreOn 7/31/24, salesperson Shilah helped me upgrade three lines with the promise that if I increased our plan by $10 per month ($30 total) for the Unlimited Plus Plan, our three phones would be free, with a credit of $830 each over 36 months. I signed the contract, after being told to expect a $30 per month increase in my bill. Two billing cycles and over $500 (extra) later, I find out I'm only getting $415 each, and they now tell me I should have chose a plan increase of $20 each (Unlimited Ultimate) to receive full credit on the phones. They lied to me to lock me into a three year contract in which I am paying more than I was told I would pay. Shilah, and her manager Amanda, will not do anything to rectify this situation, other than asking me to upgrade my plan yet again. This is deplorable...

There was only one young lady working there for quite some time until the second employee arrived for work. None of the wait was the employees fault and they took all the time necessary to service their customers. I applaud them for that. They went out of their way to make sure the customers were happy.
