Burger King — Restaurant in Neosho

One of the worst places I've ever eaten for food and service. When we walked in, a gentleman was complaining to them about how far he had to drive and they messed up his order. We had one family in front of us. We ordered at 7:03 pm. We were in a hurry so that's why we decided to eat "fast" food that evening. We noticed a lady got her food and sat down with her husband. She brought her food back and her ticket to show them they messed up their order. The manager took the wrong stuff off the tray and put it back on the warmer with the other food. My husband said we better not be getting what other people just touched! The family in front of us finally got their food and another guy that walked in got his food and was standing at the counter chatting with an employee. I looked at the time and it was 7:32 - a half hour after we ordered! I went to the counter and the lady asked me if she could get me something else?!! I said, "Our food, would be nice!" She told the guys she needed then to stop and make our food. They said they already did and pulled it off the warmer. She gave it to us and we sat down to eat. They, of course, did not follow directions. My husband hates ketchup and it was all over his burger. He wiped it off because we didn't have time for them to remake it and mess it all up again. I literally watched the sun go down while waiting for the food. Three different people had their orders messed up in that supposed short time. Not acceptable and not a one time experience at this place. Oh, and the manager was absolutely worthless at this location. He was standing behind the counter the whole time. Poor and rude service, bad attitude for the manager, I believe his name was Michael also (after reading a lot of the comment I was probably given a false name, he is an older guy with glasses). The way he spoke after placing an order with my kids in the truck. When I pulled up to the window I told him that he was being rude and we could hear everything through the intercom which he was complaining about us placing the order. His response was AND. I then asked if I could speak to his manager and he said he quits, slammed the window on us. Lucky there was two younger ladies who came back to the window so we could pay for the order. The order was still wrong but they ladies did try to do what was right to make up for it. I command them for that. Will not be returning to that place in the future. I have had issues here with my food that an awesome manager David helped me out with... I purchased a impossible whopper and on the back of the receipt is a survey to complete to get a free whooper when you purchase a drink so I completed the survey and no place on it did it say you have to be a meat eater and only order the original whopper or I WOULD NOT HAVE WAISTED MY TIME and was told today that I can not get the impossible whopper I have had it with BURGER KING I can spend my money and time but I have to be a meat eater I AM NOT that’s why I get the impossible whopper not a real one.
