7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Neosho

I enjoy 7brew. I go to various locations, multiple times a week.

I do not like my cup STICKY. I have been to this new location 4 times, since it opened. Every. Single. Time. My cup is sticky. Every single time, there is some sort of liquid on the cup. This is the ONLY location I've been to where my cup is disgusting every time.

I don't know if they are not cleaning the rags they 'wipe' the cup down with or if it's the water that holds the rags not being changed or what, but please, for the love of coffee, make it stop.

My usual coffee tastes different every single time. I get giving grace for new opening kinks, but da*n. Isn't there a recipe card to reference?

Let's talk about the parking lot situation...

When I saw this was the new location, I thought, 'oh, they must be extending this lot and opening it up so there is access from the other side, of 60. That is going to be soooo good.'

No. I was totally delusional, because we just crammed another thing into the parking lot near Walmart so that it can be even more clogged up with people who either go 45 or 10 mph in the parking lot. What a terrible location.

Seems the same drinks never taste the same. Either too strong or not enough flavor. I think it isn't stressed on how they make it. Maybe some go to fast and don't push the flavor pump down all the way? It gets frustrating over half the time I go through and ask for veterans discount the person takes my order says they don't do it. I tell them yes thry do. Today, 10 Sept @ 1215 the brunette taking our order was unprofessional. We pulled up and she just stared at us, no greeting that I had to ask are you ready? Then she wouldn't come up to the door to hear us and kept saying she couldn't hear us! Move to the door like the others do. Of course, had to argue they don't give the veteran discount. She goes and asks manager to find out that they do and then asks to see my veteran ID..never been asked that either. Horrible communication...

I usually LOVE all things 7Brew, but the last 2 times I’ve been were terrible!!! They messed up our drinks 3 times in one visit!!! Couldn’t focus on us, because they were too busy talking and laughing with each other in the kitchen! It took at least 45mins to get our drinks and we were the only car there!!! Then the lady gave us an attitude because we said that our order was wrong!( we didn’t order special coffees, just regular menu items) Then, today, we go to try again and of course they messed it up again!! My Hot blondie is more like cold milk with extra cream and my sisters brunett is strong coffee with cinnamon!!! What is with the Neosho, Missouri 7Brew location?? I think I’m gonna have to stick with some local shops...
