Update I'd like to update my review. I was really excited when this Theatre did their remodel and brought in the recliners, beer, etc. So, it was extremely disappointing they way my situation was handled. I just chalked my $30's as a lose and was going to take my business else where. However, I will now be returning to the theatre due to the general manager reaching out and making it right. It was my mistake to begin with, an honest one. They didn't have to refund my money. Due to policies they could of said no. John not only refunded my money, but offered me a free movie. I politely declined the free movie, because I didn't make my review to get anything for free. I only wanted my money back or to use it on another movie. Thank you B&B Theatres Neosho Cinema 6! You have earned my business back.
I bought tickets to the new Dragon Ball Super movie, and didn't catch that is was the subtitled version, and wanted to get a refund. I tried to call multiple numbers to get a person on the phone. It's impossible to talk to an actual person which is insane for any business. I then filled out the contact me form on the website explaining the fact I wanted to talk to someone in person about my situation. I finally got an email from an employee (not sure if it's a local one) and they informed me that they are unable to proved services over the phone and ask how they could help. I explained my situation, and was told that if it was with in 2 hours of my show time I could get a refund, or I could exchange my tickets for a different time if it was pass the 2 hour mark. It was past the 2 hours mark. I was set on watching the movie yesterday, because it's when my schedule aloud it, and I wanted to see it in Theaters. So, I asked if I could exchange my tickets (that I already purchased) for another show at a different date. The employee I was speaking to just ghosted me after that. I went and watched the movie in Rogers, and after the movie sent another email with my booking information, again, asking if I could see another movie at another time, since I already spent money with the company I figured it wouldn't be a big deal. It's been 24hours and I still haven't heard back. So, I'm assuming you guys are going to ignore me and take my money for an honest mistake. I will not be back and will tell anyone who ask to not give you their business. This all could have been resolved with a quick phone call. Read moreYou would think a movie theater in a small town like Neosho would be nothing to write home about, but in this instance you would be buying extra stamps and working on your penmanship! We live in Joplin, but always choose this theater instead. You can reserve your exact seat ahead of time and sit in an incredibly comfortable large, electric recliner. And guys, if you happen to forget the flask you normally sneak in, you no longer have to lie to your wife and tell her you have "stomach problems" and speed back to the house to grab it. B&B has got you covered! With a full bar (the top shelf long island iced tea I had was delicious!) and great staff, you can chill with a cold beer in your hand just like you were at home. If I could give this place six stars, I honestly would. Thank you for making a trip to the theater an exception...
Read moreI live only a few minutes from this theater in the same town. During a film late one evening, several other people sitting behind me were talking nonstop. About 10 minutes into the film..... asked for a refund, the so-called manager refused to issue me a refund and she refused to let me see the exact same film at an alternative showtime. Employees bullied me and blocked me from seeing a later showing. COVID is still going on, it’s not wise for a theater to refuse to accommodate a customer when there's obnoxious customers. Even after complaining these customers continued to loudly talk. Is it worth keeping my ticket money just this once and making a local resident mad forever? I am not a freeloader.
