I would like to address the young couple, Ms. Olivia Smith and husband, who had such a negative reaction to Bali Cargo Company this morning. Ma'am, I have known Kim and her employees, as well as knowing about her store for over ten years. During that time Kim has been nothing but professional and run a business with a unique international flavor. Being her products come from Bali, I'm sure you and your husband understand the intricacies of pricing for a profit, while still remaining competitive. As for Kim's dressing room, yes, it's smaller than an airliner bathroom. Had I been in the store when your husband was attempting to enter the dressing room with you, I would have at a minimum raised an eyebrow, and most likely would have pointed out that two people wouldn't fit. A simple solution could have been for husband to wait outside the dressing room, then be able to reach in to assist in tieing your dress. More room for you, no chance of inappropriate actions or questions, plus your husband would be available to go check for other dresses for you. Ya'll have a...

Very unsatisfied with my experience here today. I have enjoyed coming to this local business for years. However, today I came in with my 16 year old little sister, I am 20 years old. We looked around for a little and I ended up buying a sticker. I left the store for a brief moment (I was having trouble with my phone connection) so I could transfer money into my account. When I walked back in my younger sister told me the owner was trying to kick her out because she wasn't 18, she was accompanied with me, who is over 18 like the store policy says is acceptable. When we left my little sister told me this sales lady (possibly owner?) was following her around and asking her questions, almost harassing her. I will not be coming back...

I asked my boyfriend to come into the dressing room with me to help tie the dresses I was trying on and we weren't even in there for 10 minutes and I was still trying dresses on and the employee told us we had to leave because he was in there helping me. We were very clearly talking about the dresses and not doing anything inappropriate. She could have said something when he first went in as she was standing right next to him. She handled the situation very poorly and disrespected both of us and made us feel uncomfortable. Items were cute but overpriced. Not worth the time...
