This is a great strip mall, but the parking in the front and back is VERY LIMITED. You can ride around three or four times and still not find a spot to park. Why? Because there is a lot of popular businesses in the area and the town center is in the next block. Carpool to this location, if possible or use Uber. Hence, the parking issue is gone. La Petite French Cafe, Peterbrooke Chocolates and Stubbes Honey Store are my favorites in this mall.

In the heart of Neptune Beach it is a great place to visit and walk around to take in the atmosphere. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. This is a popular area and waiting for restaurant seating is very common. Local artists also sale goods not sure on days but great way to get local art and assist the local artists. The beach is one block away and nice to have this area to take a break...

Good shops and restaurants. Parking and traffic can be a hassle. Bicycles are the best transportation in the area and the quaint Beaches Town Center district can be best enjoyed as pedestrians.
