Cato Fashions — Local services in New Albany

I went to exchange 3 items and could not find my receipt. The return policy does allow for this. The newly hired manager Betsy had no clue and got pissed when Lilly, who by the way has helped me before and is great, and another customer pointed out their return policy right on the counter says so. She then proceeded to act like I was a thief and was very rude to me. Honey I would like to tell you I do not need to steal from anyone I work very hard for what I want and need. 80 hours a week and 32 an hour I can buy the stuff trust me. Rude and snooty is what you are Betsy. And by the way I do smoke but what gave you the right to say anything about it? Very unprofessional Betsy and being mean to Lilly was uncalled. I love this store. You get clothes in bigger sizes and they have colors. It's hard to find colors. Mostly in bigger sizes they have blues,whites,grays,reds,blacks but at Cato's you have all colors and they have a few selections which is good because you don't see 60 people with same thing on.
