I started off the order with asking for a foot long herbs and cheese bread. Now if they did not hear me say that, that's fine. When I Saw that they had grabbed the plain bread I asked about it I don't think they understand what I was saying at first. But I asked again before they toasted it if there were any herbs and cheese bread and I was told no. Then I saw on the rock behind them there were at least 3 left. Now giving them the benefit of the doubt they may have already been saved for preorders ( that was not communicated to me It's just a possibility I have considered.) If that was the case that'd be perfectly fine. but I did ask about The bread I could see. And then they told me that I never asked for that bread. I can forgive if there's just none to be had or if you didn't hear me when I asked for it. But it's not OK to gaslight and lie to me, simply cause you don't want to admit that you messed up. 3 separate times I said the words herbs and cheese bred and asked you directly "hey I asked for herbs and cheese". Which you answered me so I KNOW you heard me! you're not gonna act like I didn't to my face. I honestly will never eat at this Subway again most likely. And it's gonna be a long time before I ever eat at a Subway semply from the experience. Even at the very end they had the sandwich all the way on the other side of the counter (no by or good day just ran off Immediately after ringing me up) and I had to reach across to grab it and the girl who flat out lied to me just watched with a smarmy look on her face. Could have at least slid it close to me in stead of just stare at me while I did so. My guess is they didn't want to waste out the bread and meet that they had already put on a sandwich because they wouldn't listen to me When I tried to stop them when they first pulled...

If I'm not mistaken, it is owned and operated by an Indian-American family, and they obviously care about their business and customers, consistently preparing a high quality product and providing great service.
During this time of heightened concern about food safety due to the Coronavirus pandemic, it's so nice to be able to pick up food from out, knowing it has been prepared by individuals wearing masks covering both their mouth and nose, wearing gloves.
I drive 5 to 10 miles out of my way, passing one or more Subway restaurants (depending upon the route I take) to get food from this location...
Read moreTheir foods always good, but they always have this one guy who makes a big deal about how I like my sandwich made. I be hoping that his not there so I can not feel some type of why about if I should get my sandwich made the why I want it made. Then I thought about it and I know I shouldn't have to make that choice because I'm paying for it yeah so I don't have to explain that I don't like dry sandwiche so I just ignore him and I'm one of the reasons you get paid because I come in there to purchase my food and get you a pay check by making my sandwich so God bless him but I'll keep going and let him make my food to give him work to do on his job maybe that's what the problem is he don't want...
