Reed's Market — Local services in New Albany

I love shopping here! The staff is always helpful. Heck, it is nice to be able to find staff to help unlike some other places! They always have multiple checkout lanes open, and it is nice having help getting groceries to the car. They have great sales too

Today I was having difficulty walking so I used a scooter. I asked about the price of an item that was not posted correctly, the sweet gentleman who was stocking in that area went to check the price, made sure it was right in the computer and was going to make sure the price was changed on the shelf. Going down the same isle, a young man saw I was looking at the bottled water and offered to load it in my cart. A few isles over I asked another gentleman where something was. He told me which isle to look on and a few minutes later when I passed him he asked if I found what I was looking for. Each of these employees greeted me before I ever asked for help. I love this about Reed's. I have NEVER come across a rude or lazy employee and I have never waited in line behind more than one person. I love the customer service I get at Reeds!

I like the digital coupons, but it would be better if they had an app. I am a happy customer!

Be very careful shopping here. They add all these digital coupons, buy 5, original price bs to cheat people. I use to like this store. Will never shop here again. Bad enough the last few packs of meat I've purchased here was ruined when I got it home. Smart ass managers to boot. Lied about the price of an item when I had the picture of the price in my hands along wirh the receipt. The short manager built like a ice cream cone got a bad attitude problem. Please explain where $3.47 is anywhere on this ad..It's only a $1 but the principal of the matter. How many people they have over charged on this. I went to Reed’s Market Friday, 12/16/22. I had my receipt for my purchases to return some Williams Sausage that was bad (ruined) that I purchased on 11/20/22.. However, the expiration date on the sausage wasn’t until January 4, 2023. I also had Best Choice batteries that had exploded in the package (also purchased on the same receipt of 11/20/22). I was told by the manager on duty that there was nothing she could do about either of these purchases. I simply wanted an exchange. However, since I was told this- I will NOT EVER purchase anything from this store again. I will be spending my $150 to 200 per week at Union Grocery instead.
