Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in New Bedford

I promised i would write a review about the amazing, patient, helpful, and kind service your employee has shown in this store. For years I have had been against Aaron's /Rent a Center furniture, not for any reason specifically but just for my own personal preference and my boyfriend was in need of some furniture before the holiday weekend, so on 11/7/17 we walked into a rent a center. now walking in the women didn't really greet us appropriately, she wasn't aware of any of their current promotions running, she was over selling and just wasn't prepared so i decided to call Aaron's furniture who was right next door and told them what we was looking for and asked about their promotions currently running. I immediately loved how prepared your Aarons employee was on the phone so i decided to walk into the store..... I meet with that well prepared individual with the lovely voice on the phone lol, MAUREEN ! Maureen was great!! her customer service, her patients ( my boyfriend took for ever and couldn't decide what he wanted) her knowledge on all the promotions and executing the deal! she was able to get us an amazing deal and plus more. by far this was the best service i had in a furniture store and defiantly changed my outlook on it. The manager in this store was also great, he took the time to sit with us explain everything and also gave amazing customer service! i have to mention i am a horrible customer lol i ask a lot of questions, I'm pushy , ill ask for every deal possible, I'm very detail oriented, and the manager and Maureen was able to handle that with out frustration, and without losing their perfect customer service and patience. i truly recommend this Aaron's furniture on kings hwy, They are great! Ive rented to this store a few times wasn't really a fan. Then one day I was on Facebook and seen that they were having some specials for really good prices . I went down to the store and they were all sold out of what was on a clerance price . So the gentleman who works there Kendall informed me that sometimes people back out of sales and that he would take my number if they did. Now at this time I'm thinking to myself that was a good scam they pulled to get me in the store there's no way I could get a complete bedroom set and living room set for less then 1,000$ .. So I went about my day and continued looking for a bedroom set. I walked into bobs discount and as soon as I found something I liked my phone rang. It was Kendall from Aarons saying that he made a few phone calls and the person that wanted that bedroom set did not have enough money for it and that if I wanted it it was mine. Also that he has some another living room set for me in the morning . So I went to see him in the morning and got both sets . He personally cleaned them for me . Set up delevery for free . He was TOP NOTCH! He remembers your name and treats you as if your family not a customer . For this reason I will continue to come back and do business with him . I've sent friends and family he allways makes sure my referral goes thru. He's amazing if you want to do chose to do business in this store do it with Kendall...

I like the owner manager he will work with you and help.if he can to keep.you on yraxk there is. Gitl wotking there who also is very pleasant and helpful on other hand thier is a man being nice saying man i need to find outvhis name who gave bad vibe and cost aaroons some money i lost my job sept 4th.i do pca and my emplyer has been hospitilized over 2.months i was behind 2 weeks.due septvfirst i callwd to.make.payment over phone girl was helping me i asked.a.question i guess she needed.help with this man gets on phone being rude and disrespectful i asked.if i couls pay for.1 of my 2 items thst week and than in few days pay the other item told me no had to pay both at same time i didnt purxhase both at same time than proceeded to tell me to.cll bxk nd speak to gave me name but i couldnt remember who he told me to ask for im thinking maybee owner manager but my memory has been off also thinking stress anyway the products are usually very good awsome condition and if not they clearance or.disxoung item all in all aarons would be 5 star if not for the man i mentioned also the bed i.
