Panera Bread — Restaurant in New Berlin

This store specifically is the worst in the area. I'm not exaggerating at all! I used to order Panera almost every day for lunch at work as part of my weight loss but, it was the Waukesha location. My work recently relocated to a new city and now this Panera was assigned to me. I tried to keep quiet and give them chance, after chance, after chance but, nothing is improving. You can count on missing items and wrong items to be delivered. (not the delivery drivers fault). I have had to drive all the way back to pick up my items when I paid more for it all to be delivered and still had to sit and wait for items to be made that aren't even cooked. Now most recently my co-worker wanted to order Panera and since it's been almost a month since the last incident I decided to participate. We won't be going back to this location. We ordered a turkey blt and it came out without the bacon. When we asked them to fix it they said the bacon had ran out. So why make the sandwich without asking if we still wanted it? Instead they made it without the bacon and didn't say anything. The biggest reason we won't be back is the place was FILTHY. Every table was dirty and the floor was disgusting. We had to wipe our own table before sitting. There was another couple after us looking for a clean place to sit and wound up cleaning their own table too. When we talked to a manager she said they are short staffed. I wasn't going to argue but I did see two people on a few occasions that weren't exactly working hard that could have cleaned up. It wasn't even busy , there was probably 5 tables with customers. I worked at Panera. This location is one of a kind in service and atmosphere but unfortunately not in a good way. Trade secret everything is microwaved in the back. They almost refuse to train their employees which leads to the service mishaps many have wrote about in other reviews. The managers don’t care for their employees nor the customers. While most large business corporations favor the saying the customer is always right. I would argue Panera does not value you as a customer at this location. I would eat there from time to time either on breaks, quick meal after work, or even just as a normal customer and it was shameful. Nobody should be waiting 30 mins for a hot drink such as a latte. But so few people are actually trained on barista nobody can get around to doing it. If I were to have to find blame in this restaurant it would be completely...
