New Braunfels Target Misses the Mark, Again....and Again. I have always loved shopping at Target stores. They are sort of the Neiman's of the discount stores. The floors are always shiny and free from litter. The carts are smooth running. The merchandise is high quality. There are many reasons to love Target. Unfortunately, the New Braunfels location has made a VERY POOR impression. The store is filthy. Trash overflowing, clothes strewn about, shelves so messy it's difficult to know anyone works there. However, there seems to be plenty of employees. I am not sure what they are doing, but I know they are NOT cleaning the store. It is disgusting. Last month, I took about twenty pictures of the sad state of the men's department while four workers stood around and chatted. I'm no "karen," but I did report the store to corporate. I very nicely asked them to please alert the management that a customer was complaining about the state of the store. I went back last night to pick up a few items and NOTHING had been done. In fact, it may have been worse this time. I wasn't able to find what I was looking for and no one could seem to help me. I opened the Target app on my phone and searched for the items. I managed to find a couple of them but they were not on the aisle reported by the app. It's a sad state of affairs. I won't be returning to shop there until they get their act together. I expect Target to live up their value of Drive: to do what is right for Target, for the team, and for the customer.

I didnāt noticed until I got into my car and drove down the street towards my home which is half a mile down from the store. I got of my car and immediately noticed my ring isnāt on my finger. I went back to the store to the fitting room spoke with the attendant explaining to her what happened. In that short period of time that I left there was a new attendant there. I told her very eagerly that my wedding ring had fallen off in the third fitting room on the left side and asked if I can go check the room. She said to me the room is checked after each customer and nothing was reported to her and in fact she just came in and the other attendant has left already. She sent me to customer service who checked for my ring to no avail. I asked to to please talk to the last fitting room attendant and any other staff member. I gave them my phone number and told them there is a $500. Reward if found or returned with no questions asked. Of course I received nothing nor a follow up. This incident has me so heart broken, I feel the staff didnāt care nor did they follow through to find my ring. I avoid that particular target because I feel my ring is still there or is on one of their employees finger. To much for me to bare. So I go to HEB, Iām...

When the customer service representative looked at my receipt she told me she could not accept it because she could not see all of the printed information. I explained to her that I received the receipt in that condition. She ask me for the card that I paid with and I explained to her that I paid with Apple Pay. Because the last for digits on the receipt did not match my card, she told me she could not accept the return. I explained to her that when using Apple Pay they assign the last four digits of the card. Even though I knew I was correct she refused my return. I left the store and the merchandise that I could not use in the store. Iām sure I will not be visiting this location again. I wish I could...
