Hon. Laurence J. BravmanJ.S.C Judgment it is a “Joke Judgment “

I was sued by a fence contractor who claimed that I didn’t pay him the full balance. The contractor put up the fence one foot away from where was supposed to be according with the approved designed without any justification. In order to put the fence in the wrong spot the contractor had to cut branches from my beautiful silver pine tree which I used it as the family “Christmas Tree “. The fence is also shorter than 6 feet how was supposed to be and is not put all the way to the ground. I called the contractor several times and I texted back and forth with one of the company assigned employees. They kept ignoring me and for 4 years the contracting company done nothing to fix their wrong doing. After 4 years this company chooses to sue me and with “ No Brain Judgment”the Judge Brahman rules on the contractor favor. So, the fact that the fence was not put up on the right spot, is shorter than 6 ft. and my Christmas Tree is not longer balanced does not mother on this “ JUDGE’S JUDGMENT “. I suggest this Judge to be moved to “Judge criminal cases “ as there will not be criminal convictions. He will team up with the criminals. I hope this court its not anymore one sided and in favor of womans and mothers. I bealive in fair. Treatment and natural god law is 50% 50% for each parent. Im sick of listening the stories how womans destroy mens life and used child as monetary income or personal revenge just to destroy mans life.
