Cascade Galleria Mall — Local services in New Castle

It used to be a mall and happening back when I was younger. Now it's turned into some offices a pizza joint and a beer distributor. Not much going on there. It's really went downhill over the years.

Edit: in response to owner. My review was not meant to badmouth the Galleria. I am glad you are growing! I was in there a few days ago. I saw a few businesses. Hopefully, it can be restored to its former glory from the mid to late 80s early 90s. I would love to see that! But New Castle as a whole went from a booming thriving town to a run-down town. As a child, I have many memories of the town mall, aka (Cascade Galleria) being packed with people. No empty spaces for businesses. There is basically nothing here anymore except post office, dollar store , county assistance office, dialysis center, credit Union and Mr pizza. There is lots of free parking in front and back side of galleria and it's also on the city's bus route making stops every half hour. The lot is full of potholes and there is litter scattered throughout the lot especially in front of the empty store fronts. The building itself is older but it's been kept up nicely. The parking lot is not lit well and there has been some issues with security there. Family Dollar has a security guard on duty but he's inside of the business not outside. I had to stop here a few times but there isn't anything good or bad about it. It would be nice if there were more businesses here, like it used to have many years ago, but things are a lot different these days and I don't see that happening ever again. They still have Towne Mall Pizza (just Mr. Pizza, but in the mall....not sure why they even changed the name), some government services, and I think a bank or credit union.
