I moved to the New Haven area in 2015 and was in search of a new tailor. I found the Theory brand at Raggs and have been buying from Tom Maloney (owner) ever since. He is personable, very knowledgeable about the industry, keeps a close tab on what is in fashion, and makes sure the selection in his store reflects current trends. Over the years I have gone in to see him and seek advice on what to wear for work, formals, and other special occasions and he has always delivered and been pleasant to work with.
