i bought some platforms that were “cork” & wicker which were very cute and costed me about $70. i didn’t mind because they were hard to find and fit perfectly. i was very busy the day i bought them so i only put them for a try on and bought them on the spot. i will give them that, that they definitely know how to market and make things look attractive for you to buy. the shoes looked good but worn; which is a good thing longevity wise if you’re buying vintage shoes. anyone who buys (and or sells) old shoes knows that if they’re not worn enough or if at all, they’ll crumble and fall apart. however in my defense they looked worn enough to me. i kept them in my closet for maybe about a week before finally wearing them, and as soon as i got dressed up ready to wear them, walked out the house, the sole seperated from the platform on one shoe. ok. you can tell that they were glued previously and made to be like they weren’t, and i wasn’t even told either. fast forward to a few days ago when i stopped into the store, the owner (who sold them to me at the market) kinda told me to just put glue or get them fixed at a cobbler. basically not willing to help me at all. i bring them to a cobbler and it’s going to cost me another $60+ to repair, along with the $70 i already spent on the shoes themselves. the other shoe was so easy to pull apart, even he could tell that they were glued together before being sold. as another seller, i just hoped that i’d get a bit better service considering i bought them less than a month ago. as much as i wanted to continue buying from this store, this experience alone kind of...

The owner has an excellent sense of style and chose really cool stuff. She has just enough to make you feel like you have lots of great choices without feeling overwhelmed. And the best part, her grandfather was watching the store because she just had a baby. He was adorable as a proud new grandpa and a pretty good salesman as well! And, the logo...
