Re Juna: The Lychee Berry and Baba were released a long time ago, before Labubu became so popular. At that time, when there wasn’t such high demand, the quality control was often better. I completely understand why you might worry or even suspect they’re fake—many collectors have the same concerns when they notice differences. But this is actually just Pop Mart’s quality variation between batches.

If you could share a picture, or bring it to the store, we’d be more than happy to take a closer look and discuss it with you. Since you also mentioned that the labels on the box and the Labubu itself are real, this clearly points to a quality issue, not Uni selling fakes. We care about our reputation and our customers’ trust—if we ever sold fakes, we would be upfront about it. But that’s simply not the case here.

Regarding Juna’s review, I’d like to share that I also collect Labubu, and all of mine are 100% authentic. However, since they were purchased at different times and sometimes from different production batches, they do show small variations in stitching, fluffiness, or ear size. These differences are normal depending on the batch or production location. Here are some of mine for comparison — all official, but you can clearly see the variations. This store is cute and it knows it!! Lots of home goods and accessories, and even skincare now, all affordably priced. I go on a shopping spree every time I come here; I've gotten hair clips/ties, phone cases, headphone cases, socks, face masks, and lanyards/card holders.

Yes there are Labubus!! The precious little creatures are featured in the outdoor display, and you can buy them inside at the counter. I believe they sell for the typical reseller price (~$70). You can also buy Labubu clothes and accessories here!! If Labubu's not your thing, there's plenty of cutesy items from other franchises, like Studio Ghibli and Sanrio.

But don't let Uni-Home Life's adorable nature fool you. There's a WALL OF SHAME that customers can see right when they enter. The wall is made up of security footage of all the delinquents who have attempted to rob this demure establishment. Who would dare distress the Labubus and try to disturb their (Uni-)home?! I am glad that the employees put these wrongdoers on blast. On the flipside, there's also a WALL OF FAME for enthusiastic shoppers. I hope to be on the latter wall someday because I love this...

Charming store with polite and courteous staff members. The store has a special variety of items. Uni-Life has a lot of trending items.

Such as labubu (which was out of stock when I was there ) but the fact that they even carry them is enough for me , Mofusand plushies and keychains, Sanrio goods other anime items such as blind boxes and more .

There are such as pins stickers , phone cases , bags/purses, hats,journals stationery, beauty products pet accessories and probably even more.

Again super friendly staff very helpful the store is always extremely clean.
