When we first bought our dishwasher everything was great! Customer service was awesome! But when our dishwasher needed to be fixed just a few months after having it the lady who handles CUSTOMER SERVICE is the most rudest unprofessional person who works there over the phone and in person she doesn’t not know how to talk to people my husband and I had go in and speak with the Owner who was the most respectful and understanding. When I asked to speak to the owner she told me “WE ARE ALL OWNERS HERE” and While we were talking to him she was yelling talking over us he had to correct her multiple times and had to ask her to be quiet he apologized and said she was under a lot pressure but if that is the case then customers service is NOT for her. Buy ANY & ALL Appliances here and Sales/Service is incredible along with the highest quality items available! If you see something looks identical somewhere else but if you look close you will see at least 1 character different than the "mass produced" "identical item"but these people are independent and that you cannot beat!!!
