It's Chick-fil-A, it's delicious, what more needs to be said? This location though has horrible organization. The drive through is wrapped around the building at all times it seems, as too be expected, so you go inside instead to get faster service. When you get inside, there is no line and you are able to quickly order. Should be in and out. However this place prioritizes the drive through over the people who decide to get out of there car and dine in. So instead of placing your order then receiving your food in a timely manner, you're left waiting 20 plus minutes on one order of chicken nuggets that you would normally have in less than minute at any other location. Bonus points if they run out of chicken nuggets cause the car riders took them all and you get to wait even longer...
This has happened to me three times now so I'm done. I'm addicted to this food chain, but save yourself the hassle and go to Cane's across the street until they can get their...
Read moreWe frequent this location VERY often. We’ve had a few things happen with our food(i.e. missing food, food undercooked, or etc) but we let it slide being it happens. As a food industry employee from years ago someone isn’t following food safety protocols in this establishment! This recent incident has made me NEVER want to go back to this location again. I knew new iberia having a chick fil a wasn’t the best option because they can’t withhold the same quality as chick fil a’s normally do. I was eating my macaroni and got a crunchy piece so I thought maybe it’s an egg shell or something. Then I found what I’m guessing it’s a bug or something object. And finally there was a LONGGGG piece of black hair at the bottom of my cup. Let’s just say my whole meal went down the drain. As a pregnant mama who craves chick fil a very often this is truly depressing. I don’t even want to eat my salad or grilled chicken nuggets because what if it has something in...
Read moreSo today is the chick fil a teacher appreciation. I came into chick fil a hoping they might still honor the “breakfast/lunch” deal they offered for teachers…. Especially being that teachers are not allowed to leave kids at school unattended on a Tuesday to run out to chick fil an and show their teacher ID to get a bite to eat. Not only did they not honor it but I was lied to and told that’s a different chick fil a…. It was nation wide! It was really disheartening that chick fil a decided to offer something that was not really feasible for educators in the first place.
I’ve already had bad experiences at this location but I was planning to order more than one meal and hoping I could just get one of the sandwiches taken care of by my educator appreciation but I decided since they wouldn’t honor it and lied about it I wouldn’t give them any business. That’s 4 full adult meals I had planned on...
