I watched the mailperson at my mailbox put a coupon add in, then drive away. I was expecting a valuable package, but nowhere to be found. USPS site says delivered, with my instructions to deliver at the door ignored, but it's nowhere. Checked with all of the neighbors, nowhere. Call the post office, and they give me the runaround, saying she says she delivered it even though I watched her not deliver anything. My husband was watching from the security cam inside and saw the same thing. But in order for them to take us seriously, I have to take hours of MY time to edit and prep footage to physically bring to the office before they'll do anything.... Despite the fact that two sound-minded grown adults were watching the whole thing. The package contained a product I need for work, and I will not be able to work tonight because of this. Yet the person on the phone repeatedly explained that it must be my mistake, my fault, because the delivery person scanned it in. What am I supposed to think other than my item was stolen? They can give me no guarantee about getting it back unless I spend more of my time, missing out on more of my income, to prove to them what I saw with my own...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn 4-19-21, I went in the office to purchase stamps from the computer. The computer stated it could not print a receipt and asked to continue or not. I chose to continue. I purchased 50 Forever stamps. The computer stated it would have to issue 50 single stamps, but did not give me an option to cancel my order. 50 individual stamps were spit out by the machine. I would have canceled this order if given the option. I took the individual stamps to the teller and asked to exchange them for stamps I wanted. He told me he couldnāt or wouldnāt do this. He never explained why this simple request could not be done. Remember, I purchased these stamps from the computer at the Post Office five minutes before going to the counter and was not given an option to delete the purchase for stamps I didnāt want. I made a comment that this is why FedEx and UPS are winning this market. The teller had the audacity to say, āSir, please.ā Customer service is huge! If you donāt give good customer service, people will find other companies...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm disabled and I can't drive so I shop online a lot. My mailbox is at the beginning of my private road, my house is about1/8 of a mile down the road. Mail carrier refuses to bring my packages to my home for unknown reasons. My road is paved, UPS, Fed Ex, Walmart everyone delivers my packages except the mail carrier. This forces me to pay someone to drive me to the post office to get my packages. I've complained numerous times to post master, nothing has been done. It's just laziness Mon to Fri not coming down my road, no other excuse. The young lady who works Sat brings my packages every single time with no problem. It's only the carrier who works Mon to Fri that leaves a slip and makes me find a ride to the post office for every...
