Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in New Kensington

This is the worst T-Mobile / Metro store I have ever been in went in to get a friend's phone turned on and to get my line switch from boost big mistake phone turned on sold me a supposedly free phone all to the tune of $166 folks Metro only has $80 of that money so my question is where's the rest of my money these guys are schemers and scammers supposedly set my phone up half my crap wasn't on it was still on my old phone then I called to find out why I was charged $166 in Metro couldn't tell me anything I'm going to report these guys to the better Business bureau because I cannot get my money back stay away from them they're scammers and by the way I went back to boost where $25 unlimited this jackass hooked me up $35 plus something on my phone for 5 GB my internet was gone by the time I walked out of the...

This place is nothing but a joke. They'll overcharge you on phones even with an upgrade and charge you 4 times activation fee for 2 phones then never credit you back anything. I bought 2 new phones and have nothing but problems with service and they fail to fix it or do anything about. Don't deal with the guy Rob there he will Rob you. Like he did me. They never answer the phones! There’s always a “Back in 15 minutes” Sign on the door and no sign of an employee. If this location is the only convenient location for people who live in this area, everyone is doomed.
