Absolutely THE BEST service/experience I've had when dealing with car issues! Christian is so knowledge, honest and comforting all at the same time! I stopped there, not knowing if my issue was the alternator or the battery. Christian didn't hesitate to grab the testing equipment and head out to diagnose my car problem. It turned out that I needed a new battery. We went back in the store and he showed me my options. Once I paid for the battery, we headed back outside and he had the battery installed in no time at all! He also plugged some sort of gadget into my car so that the memory/time/radio stations wouldn't be erased...THAT was a wonderful thing! Christian is truly AWESOME! I hope I never have to go back for car problems, but if and when I do, I will be certain to ask for him to help me out!...

I used to find AutoZone to be the best of the parts chains we have around here, and this store was always good, but hoo boy things have changed.

Went in to buy fuel hose and clamps.

Website shows they carry Continental made-in-USA hose, in-stock at this store. This store, under the same sku, instead sells Duralast made-in-China hose.

Website shows they carry fuel injection hose clamps - the smooth kind - in stock at this store. Employee hands me a bag of serrated clamps. Not entirely sure he matched the sku on these as he didn't really seem to care.

Next time I'll just order...

Awesome customer service! I needed a front head light, and the service clerk replaced it. He also checked my oil and saw that it needed more, so I bought a quart and he topped it off. Next he checked my windshield wiper fluid and saw that it was empty so I bought a gallon of that and he put it in for me. This store offers Excellent customer service, and it is so appreciated when you're traveling from out of state. Every time I visit this part of Pennsylvania I will only shop here for my auto parts...
