Worst experience today EVER!!!
-Paul 300$ for a phone I could not use. I could not set up an iCloud not matter if it was my old or new. I tried everything. So I WENT BACK to the store after buying it to see what the issue was I was first told to âGOOGLE ITâ HA ok lol like what??????? by the man who sold me the phone!!!!!! than proceeded to tell me that it was out of his hands & that it was issued with apple ( it wasnât I came too find out after calling apple) & pretty much just wanted to get me out of there. So thanks Paul for making that an experience me & my mother will both NEVER forget & maybe you should find a job far far away...
   Read moreI recently found out that my mother had been shopping at this Cricket store and I became concerned about some of their business practices. After doing some digging, I discovered that they were selling ArgomTech smartwatches for around $170, even though you can find the same watches online for $60-$70. This seems like an attempt to overcharge and take advantage of senior citizens who might not know better.
A few months ago, I got my mom an unlocked Samsung phone directly from Samsung, so I was surprised when she told me she went to the Cricket store. I didnât trust the way they were doing things there, so I wanted to handle her phone purchase myself instead.
On top of that, she said a tall guy with a beard named Paul, who claimed to be the manager, charged her around $20-$25 just to transfer her contacts. When I heard this, I called Cricket corporate, and they confirmed that this is not standard practice. Itâs very upsetting that the store would charge for something so simple, especially for an older customer like my mom.
Additionally, my mom mentioned that the store bundled accessory prices into the phone's total cost without making it clear what she was actually paying for. They didnât provide a proper breakdown, which feels like dishonest and misleading behavior.
Because of these issues, Iâve decided to switch her to a new phone plan elsewhere. I donât trust the practices at this store and wouldnât recommend it to anyoneâespecially not to seniors who might be more vulnerable to these...

We were leaving to buy tempered glass from another place because they don't sell it when the worker told us that this liquid glass is so much better. He began to tell us how u can drop things on it slam phone drop phone doesn't matter. He then stated that there was no difference between the 3 different bottles just price and protection when we said we would just get the tempered glass he said honestly just get the $20 one that's what I have on my phone u won't need the more expensive one. Well 9 days later I dropped my phone on to my carpeted floor while walking into a different room and the phone shattered. And they of course can't do anything because I didn't buy the one that came with a warranty even though their associate is the one who assured me I didn't need it.
