Busy Beaver — Local services in New Kensington

We stopped to buy patio stones that were on sale but while we were there found an area rug we wanted to buy. It did not have a price and cashier was unable to find a price. She called for a price check but no one answered. I went back to the shelf to look and she ended up coming back too. I told her there was no price on some of the carpets and she could not find one either. I told her never mind I would just put carpet back and we would just buy stones. She then said I think we are out of those. We left and will never go back. The cashier was not very nice, actually a little rude at times. Explained that they were short staffed and she was working 6 days a week. I totally believe that but do not see how that makes it impossible to get a price for a carpet. 5/7/2018. 12:45- 1:15 I just paid and waited over 30 minutes to be loaded with 8 bags of cement.. except nobody ever came out with the cement. I went in after 30 min, asked to be refunded, and while being refunded the careless sluggish female manager asked if I need cement and I explained that I already waited a half hr and wanted refunded. She turned around and continued cutting keys for another customer. Is that even considered management? Not even an apology. Complete morons, i saw at least 5 or 6 grown male employees wandering around aimlessly or carting cardboard out to dumpster the whole time. I could have carried the cement out myself if I knew they wouldnt do their job. They have just about EVERYTHING & ANYTHING with the best preferences for anything you need for whatever manual labor work that needs done up My only concern is that Busy Beaver doesn't have enough employees working at any of their spots to help ever answer questions thencustthen might & will always have. Besides cashier's(for whatever station they're in or the loaders that work outside),they need people to answer any questions you may have as well as being cashier's ( & vice versa) If that could ever be arranged, Busy Beaver would be the best & well known place to go for any of your manual labor needs.
