Wingstop — Restaurant in New Kensington

First visit to the new location and am highly disappointed. Walked in and very clearly ordered ONE order of the $2 for 2 tenders with 1 being Garlic parm and the other Lemon pepper along with 2 ranches. The man at the register then proceeded to ring in 2 orders of the deal without letting us know and when it came to the point of paying we questioned the price. He mumbled it was because of the ranches after asking him to repeat himself 3 times. After all this we basically told him to take off the ranch due to the price upcharge but apparently it was "to late" and he could not take back the order that wasn't even paid for yet. Basically gave up and paid the price but the man at counter needs to work on his customer service skills. I spent $32 here Saturday the 1st and my food was not made correctly, I spent extra money to have all flats and got everything but flats, the fries were not full like they’re supposed to be and they barely put any sauce on the chicken I got. I went to get a refund that day and was told I can’t because the manager wasn’t there and to come back tomorrow so I did and had my order written down and was told I’d get the money back by Wednesday and I still haven’t gotten it back yet, I called a few days ago and asked about it and I was then told it takes 7-10 days to get it, it’s almost 2 weeks later and still...

This place is truly one of the worst. They just can't seem to get it together. I've seen them just hand people the wrong order and tell the customer to "just take it". The wait time is ridiculous and if you are ordering Door Dash...FORGET about it. I and about 10 other Dashers in my area decline these deliveries Everytime. It just isn't worth waiting 45-60 min to bring it to you for a $2 tip. We just unassign and move on with our lives.
