I would be remiss if I didn't take the time to give some feedback on my recent visit to this wonderful business! I recently had a member of my immediate family pass away suddenly. The necklace I brought into the store was given to me by this family member and even though it wasn't worth much from a financial standpoint, it meant the world to me from a sentimental perspective. When I brought it in originally the lady behind the counter(dont remember her name) was so warm and nice and very personable. She wished me condolences on my loss and was very sincere. After overhearing my conversation with the nice lady representative, the owner who is also the jeweler came out front and was so nice to me and also gave me his condolences in a very sincere manner. A few days later the owner called me personally to let me know my repair was done and that there would be no charge for it. I was really touched by his phone call, not just because of the no charge, but more importantly just the way he spoke to me on the phone. He showed so much empathy for my loss and was just so kind and caring in the way he spoke to me, it literally brought me to tears in this very emotional time for me. He said his business is all about family and that's what's so important and he couldn't be more correct! Please cherish your loved ones and don't take for granted the time you have with them. Live in the moment and don't let the stressors of day to day life interfere with your ability to enjoy those moments however small with the people you truly care about and love. You don't want to have any regrets when they or you are gone in this world. Sometimes it takes a terrible thing happening to you to truly put into perspective of what's really important in this life and what is not. Don't sweat the small things and when you see that loved one or someone who truly means a lot to you, don't forget to let them know how much they mean to you and how much you love them! They might think your corny but you will be glad you did as only the lord knows how much time we each have left and we don't want to have any regrets as I do. Sorry for the insanely long message, just a little emotional at the moment.
I honestly can't recommend this business highly enough!! Not just because they didn't charge me, but most importantly how they treated me and talked to me like I was indeed a family member of theirs! The owner(I'm terribly sorry I don't remember his name) is just an incredible person who really does run his business with a family type atmosphere and I can't truly say enough nice things about him, his staff, and his business!! Every person I know moving forward who is looking to purchase jewelry or in need of jewelry repair I would definitely send them to this business. Thank you to the owner and the employees there for your kindness, and treating me like a member of your own family. You...
Read morePLEASE don’t get your jewelry engraved here! Brought in a ring to get it engraved. It was a very sentimental piece passed down from my grandmother with her request decided to get a letter E engraved. I understood that it was a thin gold ring so I said if you can’t do it then please call me and I will pick up my ring asap. He said no if that machine can’t do it we will free hand it. We picked out a font told me to give them a week and I left. A week and a half went by and didn’t receive a call so I called. The man on the phone was super nervous and said he would call me back I told him I would be at work and to please leave a VM. (I will attach a photo of the horrible VM) 3 days later I got the it’s ready call…. when I went to pick it up I wanted to scream the originality of the ring was GONE because of how bad they messed it up. I remained silent while looking at my ring. I paid and while the man (not sure if his name was Brian or Eric) was charging my card. he proceeded to say “you know we did a lot more work than $55 on this ring, you wouldn’t be able to find another jewelry store to do this.” You “BLEW A HOLE IN IT” so of course you put more money into. I remained quiet until I got to the door and reminded him that it was a sentimental piece and what he said was ABSOLUTELY WRONG. I left really upset. I thought because it was family owned business that I would receive ATLEAST an apology phone call and I received nothing. This...
Read moreCornerstone Jewelry and Engraving has truly earned my trust and admiration. Their customer service is unmatched, and their staff is not only knowledgeable and patient but also genuinely caring. They go out of their way to help, making every experience exceptional.
I brought in my grandmother’s wedding ring—one of my most cherished possessions—for cleaning, and they didn’t just clean it beautifully. They also noticed that the prongs holding the center stone were worn and at risk of breaking. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile saved me from potentially losing an irreplaceable piece.
Additionally, I brought in a watch that a dear friend had gifted me, which had been damaged by salt water. They were upfront about the challenges, explaining that salt water could ruin a watch instantly and that there were no guarantees. Despite this, they searched tirelessly for the part needed to repair it, even reaching out to the manufacturer. While they couldn’t locate the part immediately, they promised to keep looking and let me know if they ever found it. Their honesty, persistence, and transparency meant so much to me.
If you’re looking for a jewelry store with exceptional service, integrity, and staff who truly care, I can’t recommend Cornerstone Jewelry and Engraving enough. They’ve gone above and beyond for me, and I’m confident they’ll do the same for anyone who walks through...
