I heard about Dunkin’s diamonds on the Stansbury Show on rock 106.9. I finally decided it was time to get an engagement ring for my fiancée, so we I went up there to check it out for the first time. Dunkin’s diamonds was an amazing experience and I will recommend this diamond store to anyone and everyone looking for fine jewelry at a very good price, the radio ad was not lying! Kathy Cox helped me the whole way and she was amazing on helping me and making me feel comfortable, she was so smart and knew every answer to my many questions. I never once felt dismissed because I am a young man looking at expensive jewelry and that was nice. I literally found the perfect ring at Dunkin’s diamonds, it couldn’t have went any smoother for my first time making such a big jewelry purchase. I was there for about 2 hours just making sure I had everything perfect and Kathy Cox’s was above and beyond the whole time and super patience. I would highly recommend this jewelry store over any big chain store (like Kay’s or Jared’s, etc.) and the reason for that is because you’re helping a local small owned business out and they work with you on pricing with their amazing deals. We had to get my fiancée ring resized right after I gave it to her and it turned out perfect the jeweler there did a flawless job and it didn’t take 2-3 weeks to get the ring back, we had it back in 2 days that’s another plus on going with a small jewelry store than a big chain. Thank you so much Dunkin and staff, I cannot wait to get my ring from you guys soon! Also thank you for helping me pick out the most perfect engagement ring for my beautiful and...
Read moreI’ve been a Dunkin’s customer for a long time. I visited the store again yesterday while visiting Ohio and even though I am thankful and appreciative in the store I’ve never left a review. We’ve become quick to write negative reviews but never slow down to write up our positive experiences.
We are a military family who grew up in the area and every time we come back we get inspections and at times make new purchases. The quality and customer service are always phenomenal. And I’ve been around to see the unique difference. I love seeing the jewelry repair gentlemen who has been there. I love seeing him work and my favorite personal childhood memory has been the raisin guy figure on his window. It’s iconic for me as it is family tradition doing our jewelry business there.
Miss Kathy! I am so deeply thankful to have had your help with suffering an auto immune disease. When my husband purchased a necklace for my Christmas gift Kathy suggested several ideas and took quite a bit of time figuring out what would help me be able to put my clasp on so I could wear it. Problem solved! :) Also, my wedding band. She sat down with us on our options on how to achieve wearing my ring with swollen and arthritic hands. In the works of a solution thanks to her and the repair gentleman!
I appreciate having Dunkins remain in the mall. And I hope that when my children grow up they have the...
Read moreI have a rope chain that was very worn, and in dire need of mending. The first two times it was repaired it was sub par to say the least. (Please note: the repairs were subbed out by a third party) Then in swooped Randi who took it upon herself to make sure this special piece of jewelry was repaired to a standard we both expected. "She knew just the jeweler to send it to". I felt as though it was her mission that I left a 100% happy customer. Being from out of town and most likely not ever being in the area or purchasing anything from their store, which she also knew, was not a factor. She was not concern about getting a returning customer. Although, based on my experience I will/would definitely return if I'm ever in that area again.
Once the mended chain was returned to Dunkin, she called to inform me. You could tell that she was just as happy about the job as I would be, and am. I couldn't even find the repaired location. Dunkin did not charge me either due to the delay, and my patience. Their only concern was making it right and making sure I was happy.
You just do not see this type of commitment to customer satisfaction much anymore. It is greatly appreciated, and if there were more employees like Randi Brick and Mortar location might not be such a dieing breed. Thank you Randi and thank you...
