I was feeling fed up with my hair yesterday and decided to get a hair cut. We just so happen to be eating lunch nearby and noticed that this salon looked clean and partially empty of customers. So after lunch my friend and I went in and prepared to get our hair done.

We were quickly brought to the back to get our hair washed. The lady who did mine was great. I have really long hair and it took her a while to wash it. After my wash I talked to the lady who was going to cut my hair. Normally I would come in with pictures of the type of cut I want but since this was an off the cuff decision, I want prepared. I gave her general descriptions of how I liked my hair to be (i.e. side bangs, long layers and mid length). She asked me one or two questions and then preceded to cut.

I was feeling skeptical at first because she cut my hair so quickly but actually it turned out great. She blowed dried my hair, straightened out the ends and styled it a bit. She listened to my very vagued description and gave me what I wanted. I was actually pretty happy with how it turned out. I think this might be my new salon from now...

I came here a couple times and all times i was forced too. My asian parents force me to come here and they let me pick what hair cut i want but every time i came here, they always cut my hair how they wanted. They think asian bowl cuts look good and i showed them a 2 block cut. They didn’t even cut it even as the bangs are too short compared to the top, the back is awkward to look at, and the sides is where the top lay over it and are not even cut off, it just sticks out leaving the top to lay flat on it, which looks hella awkward. I am never coming here again and I am finally old enough to say no.

First time ever posting a review of any kind on the internet, I felt like I had too, to warn people. I choose this place because the price was so cheap. I soon found out why. She did not cut my hair remotely close to the picture I showed her. But the worst thing was the huge chunk of my hair that was missing in the front of my head. It has seriously impacted my life, at work and my personal life. I am shocked at how this place is in business. Stay away...
