EDIT: I spoken to a really kind representative who took my complaint seriously and said they'll take action so changing to 5 stars, but leaving my original review here so people are aware of this staff member if visiting the ER everyone was friendly and helpful EXCEPT one girl named ANIYA. i will be calling to report her attitude and behavior, it was unacceptable. She was utterly disrespectful to MANY people in the waiting room/ER area and when my mom asked a follow up question she yelled at us that she didn't like repeating herself. There are many nurses/doctors who are way busier and have no problem repeating themselves and she already was shaking her hand and rolling her eyes over nothing! My grandma who was the patient doesn't know English, and everyone there is either sick/in pain or worried-the last thing we need is a staff member giving so much attitude. She would argue with me but then walk away because she couldn't handle it when I called her out on her nastiness to not only me but how she treated people all day! I will change my review to 5 stars once I know matters will be taken action...

I begged the emts to not bring my mom here I knew it would be a problem. My mom fell was in excruciating pain from a broken femur and nobody came to see her in the emergency room for over 7 hours. It took me pushing and pushing for someone to finally do something. Then they gave her a strong large dose of morphine making my mom faint for a bit. After this another 6 hours later they put her into surgery. Surgery went really well and doctor was great fast forward 1 day she get a uti or at least that's what they said they treated her for 3 days for a uti to only have my mom wake up with horrible pelvic pain, bloating, pressure and urination every 5 min. I asked to see a medical doctor since all she had seen was an orthopedic for her leg surgery.... if I didn't push nothing would get done. In between all of this now we have the care Manger telling me the doctor had given her the all clear to get discharged to rehab.... it was unbelievable. Took my mother here yesterday for a lung biopsy she was scheduled for 2 pm at the latest, and they took her at 330pm, then she was so sick in recovery from the anesthesia with medication not working we didn't get to leave until 9pm Fyi operation nurses don't communicate with post-op recovery nurses. My mom had to keep repeating herself to everyone she met that she's on oxygen and blood thinners No one reads a file? She comes here because it's supposed to be better then Jamaica but when she was here in last December with pneumonia she was on a stretcher in the emergency room for 3 days with stomach issues that they didn't give her medicine for until another week later Does anyone listen to patient needs Y'all can...
