I woke with elbow pain lasting a month. It was so severe I couldn't sleep or touch it. I gave in and went to the doctor and found it to be tennis elbow. I ended up deciding to go for the physical therapy instead of a steroid shot. Fresh Pond Physical Therapy was close so I gave it a shot. Well... 10 visits later I am at 85% and improving! This place saved me. I was sleeping with a wrist brace and tylenol just to sleep. Eva handled my scheduling and billing perfectly and then Nicole worked her magic. As I have been in such pain, I put my complete trust in her. She never gave me a moments break every visit. She remembered every bit of my improvements and kept changing things up. She never stops and is relentless. Nicole has really helped me so much and I will always be grateful!! I have watched every patient I am around improve so much! I would be lying if I said that the therapy I got didn't help. But instead there is one guy and one only by the name of Jed , not only did he help me with my ACL injury, everything I had problems with the injury he had a certain exercise to fix that problem. If you want to heal "No pain, No gain " He pushed me to my limit and I feel grateful for his work ethic, the routines were always different and difficult, but the result was fantastic and I will miss him and the people who worked with him. My therapy lasted 3 months but worth it. If you are not willing to go through some pain, then you don't want to heal. If you decide to want to heal his name is Jed as in "Jedi Master ". I just finished my physical therapy session with Lisa and she was wonderful! She did things to me that I never experienced before but it all certainly helped a lot! Melissa the front desk is so nice and very welcoming! I felt right at home with her greeting me. I was experiencing a lot of pain and Lisa took it all away. I am really looking forward to having her as my physical therapist! She is knowledgeable, professional and knows what she is doing. She is a magician! I recommend that everybody try her!
