My relatives treated us to a banquet at China Fun Restaurant, which specializes in Fuzhouese cuisine. The restaurant is cozy, with a few private banquet rooms downstairs that can seat up to 15 people. There's free parking in the back. We had a feast: oyster and tofu soup, assorted cold appetizers, lobster, crab legs, clams, snails, fried fish, steamed fish, crab meat fried rice, rice cakes, and snow pea leaves. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. I like seafood but not a fan of clams and oysters. However, my 91-year-old mom, who has Alzheimer’s, loved the food.
