I apologize for the long review; it's certainly necessary. This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever went to; they genuinely deserve below a 0 to be quite frank. I went in to remove my acrylic nails so to get a manicure during my break. The young lady with the glasses had advised me that I needed to soak my nails for a little bit so they could remove it easily. THIS PROCESS TOOK AN HOUR! My skin was extremely dry. My cuticals we're super sensitive. Not all of the acrylic was removed. I have never been to another nail salon where I had to wait that long to get acrylic nails removed and experience nothing but pain and frustration. She didn't want to do it with the filling machine. She kept ignoring me because she decided to do a pedicure for another customer instead of just finishing my manicure first. After an hour, someone else tried to finish "taking care of me" and then she decided to finally come back. She left the rest of the acrylic on my nails. She filed my nails crooked. She also made my cuticals bleed. As a result, I had to leave with the most grotesque looking hands ever which were covered in dry skin, blood and chips of acrylic. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

i can only speak from my experience but if you are thinking about getting acrylic tips from here, i would advise you not to. The lady who did my nails was very rude, she kept talking to other ladies and didn’t do my nails. Also, the “extra fees” are very suspicious and they seem very money hungry. I understand that as a business your goal is to make money, however it’s extra money if u want a certain brand of nail polish, it’s extra money if you want a certain shape, it’s extra money if they have to cut your nails. It’s kind of ridiculous in my opinion. Additionally, the main reason i also wrote this review was because i just got my nails done about 7 hours ago and one nail just completely fell off. It didn’t break, it just fell off. The materials that they used were very cheap. I usually don’t write bad reviews, however this place really disappointed me. No frills, meticulous and quick service. My pedicure was on point. She took her time to scrub the heels and my callus. What I especially appreciate was the amount of time she spent cleaning each toe. Ana isn’t fluent in English but the other staff was able to translate with ease.

Linda was my Nail Tech and her gel Polish application is meticulously (and thin coats). My gel polish would easily last 2+ weeks without chips or separation. Mind you, I wash dishes by hand and don’t always wear gloves. She’s off on Monday and the Gel Manicure was a reasonable $30. Don’t let the lacking decor deter you. It’s definitely not a Spa setting but to the point and most importantly get the job done right!
