I came here for a haircut but left extremely disappointed. While the front desk staff was friendly, my experience with the barber was terrible. The barber seemed rushed, unprofessional, and outright rude. When I asked for a small adjustment after my hair was blow-dried, he got visibly upset, tightening the cape around my neck so much that I could feel his anger. He then proceeded to cut my hair so roughly that the front part of his clippers (where the razor is) fell off. Instead of sanitizing it, he simply snapped it back on and continued.

The overall quality of the haircut was just poor—almost as if they give a license to anyone who wants to work there. I also advise avoiding the workers in the back, as they do nothing to improve the experience. With so many other barber shops in the area offering better service, there’s no reason to settle for this place.

As for the barber—you know who you are—I hope you improve yourself. Imagine if it were your son or daughter receiving this treatment. Watch yourself, buddy. I won’t...

更令人担忧的是，店主居然允许这样不专业的员工继续工作。像这样的人不仅严重损害了店铺的声誉，更是顾客流失的主要原因。她给人的感觉就是根本不想工作，而且还要把这种负面情绪发泄在顾客身上。

如果店家不尽快更换这样的员工——尤其是直接解雇这位理发师——我实在无法向任何人推荐这家店。周围有太多待客有礼、服务专业的美发店，而这家显然不是其中之一。

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I visited this salon expecting a professional and welcoming environment, but instead, I was met with a stylist whose attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive from the moment I sat down. There was zero courtesy, no effort to communicate respectfully, and an overall sense that they simply didn’t care about the customer experience at all.

It’s deeply concerning that the owner allows such unprofessional behavior in a customer-facing business. A stylist like this is not only a liability to the salon’s reputation but also a direct reason why customers like myself will never return. It felt like the employee didn’t want to be there — and made sure I regretted being there, too.

Unless there’s a serious change in staffing — starting with this particular stylist being let go — I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. There are too many salons in the area that treat customers with basic respect. This one...

Do not go to this salon. This is the worst ever barber shop I had done my hair! I should rate 0 advice everyone do not go there! They will ruin your hair completely without your reality wishing hair style! They don't even know how to cut regular hair even as a man cut! I bet you would cry walking out this...
