We visited this pizza place in flushing, new york main street 11367 and got a take out. Once we got home i ate a few pieces and found hair in my slice, i thought i should complain but i thought it might’ve been an accident and left that piece out and started eating another slice. Just when i was approaching the last slices i found another piece of hair and it was stuck in the middle of the cheese and knew i had to complain. We went and complained , then he accepted the mistake and offered to make a new one for us but we had finished dinner so we wanted some money back , the manager Oscar refused that and argued with us and eventually we agreed , but we could see that he had an attitude. When we went to collect it we said before that we would complain and all of a sudden he stated that we were lying and that the hair was red when it was clearly black and had a small touch of sauce on it and then said that nobody had red hair , he argued and showed much attitude which my family didn’t like.We left and knew we had to submit the complaint of how he accuses us of lying that we put hair in the pizza when it was clearly in the cheese...

First off, I just want to say that I'm a pizza guy.
These pizzas are crispy, not too thick and definitely not too thin. If you're going just for pizza that will satiate your appetite, one is more than enough.
Taste of the pizza sauce is not like any other pizza sauce I've ever tasted before. It's very different, not bad different, but good different. The one I got was plain, but that's because if you want to know if a pizza place is good, you try the plain first, unless their specialty is what they're famous for.
Decor of the place is Ok. It's not amazing looking, but that's because it is what it is, nothing more, and nothing less. I believe they also sell sandwiches, but it's a pizza place, come on and get with the program.
Service is Ok. There are no waiters or bus boys, only a cashier and a pizza maker. The place is very well kept in terms of cleanliness.
I would recommend coming here to try the pizza, the sauce is a bit sweeter and not as tangy as most, so it's a taste preference.
