First, I want to say that the service was definitely there when I visited them. The person washing my hair asked multiple times if the water was at the right temperature and if she was applying too much force. The issue was the guy wearing a bandana. I was originally going in for a quick cut, but the dude recommended a perm and showed me pictures. Pinterest-level photos were shown, and he said that HE HE HEeEeEeE "knows how to do them and that there's an event going on or whatever." We proceeded with the perming process, and ngl I was kinda excited. When they took out the coils and asked me to sit back in front of that glossy mirror, I was horrified. Dude rlly said "you look like an entirely different person now huh?" I loooooked like Marge Simpson ;0. My haircut looked nothing like that Pinterest photo, I look like I just got off the streets from my day job as a beggar. Nevertheless, I trusted the "process", but unfortunately, the process was not processing. I walked home and desperately tried to "resuscitate" my hair. I went to this hair salon for a simple haircut, but my experience was far from what I expected. There was a guy wearing a bandana who was doing my haircut. During the process, he repeatedly pressured me to get a hair perm, despite me telling him “no” multiple times. I felt like he was forcing me into it.

He kept showing me TikTok videos and pictures of hair perms with great results and just wouldn’t stop pushing it. Eventually, feeling cornered, I agreed to try the $190 hair perm package he was promoting.

The result was nowhere near what I was shown. The pictures and videos he used to convince me were clearly misleading, and I’m extremely disappointed with how it turned out. If the results were good, I wouldn’t be writing this review, but sadly, it was a complete...
