301 Laundromat — Local services in New York

I usually am not one to leave a review because I am big on karma but I have $350 worth of Zara clothes ruined due to this laundromat. I usually will do my clothes myself but when I’m stuck for time I felt safe dropping my clothes off to be washed by someone who “knows” what they’re doing. I can say I do not feel that way anymore. I had dropped them off 3 weeks ago pressed for time and my whites came back not as white. So when I dropped my clothes off this time I asked that she separate them she said yes and even said “yes yes my favorite customer”. Well I picked up my clothes gave her $40.00 for a $27 load. My clothes were completely destroyed with pen. She told me the pen was in my apron. To Which I then wondered if my apron is black and the pen was in the apron, how are my white clothes covered in pen? Well because they dump all the clothes in together… dark lights whites all together… now all of my clothes are ready for the trash, not cheap clothes either. Really disappointed and disturbed that someone would even take my money knowing my clothes are covered in ink and accept the tip !!! I went and got my $40 back but that doesn’t replace $350 worth of clothes and winter...

So rude ,they removed my cloths from the dryer .I know busy store but I was emptying one of the drayer for another customer while doing that the worker run to the other dryer and removed my stuff without saying a word .when I told her why she said people waiting !! I told her at least call who's using this machine she said she didn't know it was mine .Anyway that's not respectful at all.i have allergies and she just trow my clothes...

It's a small laundromat but it is very convenient for us around here who don't have a washer and dryer. Covid hours 8-8. Gets busy in the afternoon. Empty in...
