Update: not only are they disrespectful but also thieves. Returned a product within the return period (due to very poor quality) received an email from them that the return has been approved it has been 3 weeks and still I have not received my money.

I have written them 3 times and no replies.

How is this company still in business?

Their team, when they finally responded, have insulted me and disrespected me (Amber!l). They left me feeling very disrespected. NEVER AGAIN!!!

UNETHICAL PRACTICES when they remove any negative reviews on their products!! Go out there and try yourselves!!

Absolutely NO good. Sizing is completely wrong and customer service is the worst. Over 10 attempts to chat with someone with no success. Emails not answered.

My reviews were omitted from their website which means you will only see positive reviews and they'll remive all negative reviews!!! This is NOT ethical and it is misleading!!!

As you can imagine seeing RC posted all over instagram, we were so excited to go engagement ring shopping for my daughter and her boyfriend. They brought me along to get ideas of settings and stones. This was the most deflating experience for a time that should have been filled with laughter, love and excitement.

The sales lady did not engage in how they met or how much of an exciting time this was. She basically showed us the stones and the 2 settings offered. The whisper or the pave. I felt like we could have been at a fast food chain, churn and burn pick your options, wait time 4 weeks and its a go.

We left feeling very empty and disappointed. The only upside to this, was that this was our 2nd visit to a jeweler and not our 1st stop. The other jeweler created a heartfelt and exciting experience. His genuine care was the complete 180 from our experience at RC.

My friend and I had a truly wonderful experience at this location. There was a short line to get in but we were given bottled water while we waited. Everyone was incredibly polite and patient. The employee assigned to us (Alexandria) helped us find the types of pieces we were looking for and let us try on literally dozens of pieces without any concern regarding how long we were taking or the fact that we weren’t ready to purchase on the spot.
